Flame Retardant PP Anti-aging FR Glass fiber reinforced PP High stiffness FR PP

Environmentally friendly modified flame retardant polypropylene PP material is a flame retardant and fire-resistant polypropylene material with Australian and antimony as flame retardant elements. It relies on the gas-phase flame retardant reaction mechanism of the Australian zinc system to achieve flame retardant effect. The flame retardant grade can reach UL94-VO (1.6mm, 3.2mm), and can be achieved through hot wire GWIT: 730/3.0 and GWF: 850/3.0. The material has the characteristics of low density, strong chemical resistance, balanced rigidity and toughness, good processing fluidity, low shrinkage rate, and low corrosion to molds. The material can meet ROHS environmental protection requirements and is mainly used in components such as microwave ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, electronic appliances, etc.

Halogen free flame retardant polyene material is an environmentally friendly flame retardant polyene material with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements, which plays a role in flame retardancy through carbonization and expansion mechanisms. The flame retardant level can reach UL94-VO (1.6mm, 3.2mm), and can be passed through hot wire GWIT: 730/3.0 and GWF: 850/3.0. The material has low density, low smoke emission, low mold corrosion, excellent tensile strength, compressive strength, surface hardness, and elastic modulus, as well as outstanding stress cracking resistance and wear resistance. The material can meet ROHS environmental protection requirements and is mainly used in electronic and electrical products, construction industry products, etc.
